Violating these rules may result in immediate termination of access (“The Ban Hammer”) without warning.

The content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos (including “The Trench Coat Logo”), and noir branding— is the property of The Coping Cartel and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit this content without express written permission.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with your access or account (if applicable).
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall The Coping Cartel, nor its owners, partners, or content creators, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site or its content.
